“Aachchis of Rekawa” is a culinary and cultural experience set in the serene coastal village of Rekawa, Sri Lanka—famous for its simple village life, turtle conservation beach, and warm-hearted community. Much like the iconic Italian nonnas featured in food shows, the Rekawa aachchis become the stars: teaching recipes, hosting communal meals, and sharing local food traditions passed through generations.
